Russell is a native Texan and a United States Army Veteran who has been a member of the Occucare International team since 2019. Russell is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Emergency and Family Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas Arlington and his graduate & post-graduate degrees from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston. Russell is a tenured, dedicated, and self-motivated medical professional who has taken his previous Emergency & Family medicine training and combined it with years of Occupational Medicine experience. Russell has a proven ability to meet and exceed both his client’s and patient’s expectations in all aspects of healthcare.
