Please be aware that effective, Monday, June 22nd all COVID-19 testing conducted at Occucare International will be done at our North Houston Office, located at 15621 Blue Ash Dr., Suite #170, Houston, TX 77090.
This facility will be designated for COVID-19 testing ONLY.
COVID-19 testing will no longer be done at our Houston or Deer Park offices as of Monday, June 22nd. Should an employee show up to our Houston or Deer Park office for COVID-19 testing as of Monday, June 22nd, they will be instructed to leave and visit our North Houston office.
Please also be aware that we WILL NOT conduct COVID-19 testing or other testing on any employees who are sick or who have symptoms as identified on the CDC website.
Should an individual have symptoms they will need to follow the CDC recommendations or visit their primary care doctor or ER for treatment, depending on severity. All employees coming to our facilities for testing MUST wear a mask for the duration of their visit unless otherwise instructed by an Occucare employee.
